There is no natural talent for the 6 Dragons Kung Fu. There is only discipline, a sculpture that we free from the rock, day by day.
In this martial art is not so much the technical aspect to establish and define the workout but it’s the opposite; it’s our own body, through specific training, that provides the basis to develop a varied and customized fighting style with a compound of old and new technics.
The idea behind the 6DKF is to create for each of us a personnel system that fits perfectly with the characteristics that we possess (height, age, physical, etc.) and with those who want to develop (agility , reflexes, etc.).
The goal is not to learn everything but to find and to create what is suitable for us.
